We will be bringing our popular design training workshops back to Sydney in May. We will be running two two-day workshops:
- 1st and 2nd May: Contextual research and customer journey mapping
- 8th and 9th May: Concept generation, prototyping and future state mapping
These hands-on workshops provide a mix of theory and practical activities. The workshops are ideal for anyone charged with helping their organisation become more customer-centred.
The workshops will be run from our Sydney studio.
