Celeste has a wealth of experience in applying human-centred design methodologies to help organisations solve their most complex challenges.

She likes to focus on creating value for both the customer and the organisation, by identifying unmet needs, and building on these to generate strategic opportunities and insights that inspire action.

Prior to joining Meld, Celeste worked in roles across management consulting, digital marketing, experience design, digital strategy and innovation.

Her work has focused on designing and testing future offerings for growth; helping banks have customer-centred conversations; reimagining the student experience in higher education; and exploring new ways for member-based organisations to improve customer loyalty.
