Jonathan Yang


Jonathan is an experienced service designer who has worked with a range of large-scale organisations. Through his work he has helped both stakeholders and customers understand and participate through all phases of the design process, from qualitative research, concept generation, prototyping and testing, to final delivery.

Jonathan is passionate about the design of the urban environment, the transport system, and aviation. He is a strong proponent for citizen engagement throughout the design process.

Before joining Meld, Jonathan worked closely with the Student Service Unit at the University of Technology Sydney with the aim to improve the quality of services for students.
