We designed a training program to raise awareness and understanding of human-centred design at NAB, one of Australia’s largest banks. Since June 2018 we have trained over 100 staff, with a further 200 expected to be trained in the next 6 months.
The goal is not to turn participants into design practitioners, but to broadly raise appreciation of how human-centred design leads to better outcomes. We do this through practical exposure to core mindsets and methods, such as research, concept generation, prototyping and testing.
Participants love the course and tell us how they have changed their approach to many different aspects of their BAU roles.
“The Human Centred Design program delivered by Meld continues to receive positive feedback about the engagement, practicality and relevance to participants’ day to day work.”
