Interaction design

We create meaningful interactions between people and the products and services they use.

Our approach to interaction design is to understand and then better support or influence behaviour. To do this we need to understand the context in which the interaction occurs, the motivations and needs of customers and businesses, the environment in which the interaction occurs, and the broader processes and systems within which the interaction occurs.

Our approach enables us to create better interactive experiences that deliver great customer experiences and drive business value.

Interaction Design Association

Two of our principals, Janna DeVylder and Steve Baty, are on the board of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA), a global network with over 20,000 members dedicated to the professional practice of Interaction Design. Janna is also the president of the IxDA and Steve is co-chair of Interaction 12, the IxDA next annual conference which will be in Dublin in February 2012.
