Lead DESIGNER

Anna is an experienced design leader who has built, led and worked within CX, service design and cross-functional digital teams in sectors including education, finance, telecommunications, not-for-profits and publishing.

Anna navigates complex organisations to ensure opportunities identified through research and co-design are feasible and viable as well as desirable. Since joining Meld Studios she has helped government, transport, health and tech-start ups improve services for their customers and communities.

She is a highly-skilled written and verbal communicator, Agile trained and holds a Graduate Certificate in Design, Strategy and Innovation as well as a Bachelor of Arts (French and Art History) from the University of Liverpool, UK.
