Chris O’Brien

Chris has a wealth of experience in helping global organisations to understand their customers, and deliver clear, simple, and engaging experiences, products and services.
During his time at Meld, Chris has led a program of work for a large-scale public transport development. This has been transformative in helping government better understand the needs and behaviours of customers. He was also the lead on our work with the State Library of Victoria which won a 2015 Good Design Award® for service design.
Chris has a background in computer science, UX, back-end development, project management, digital strategy, and team leadership.
