    Cybelle Ledez

Cybelle is an experienced design leader and is seen as one of the driving forces behind the uptake of collaborative, human-centred design within a number of federal departments. She has held senior design leadership roles at DTA, Thinkplace, ATO and DHS (now Services Australia).

Cybelle is honoured to have led many successful cross-agency collaborations focused on designing and delivering better government services through a human-centred approach.

Her passion for building design-led practitioner and leadership capability within organisations has opened the door to leading many projects to co-design and deliver tailored strategies, frameworks and toolkits.

Cybelle arrived at human-centred design through her professional communication and leadership practices.  Her multi-disciplinary practice has always centred on empowering people to challenge the status quo, whilst balancing that which is desirable, viable and feasible, so that together we can improve systems, structures and experiences for all.

The ability to draw out stories, create shared understanding and translate into actionable change is a key strength. Combined with her strategic nous, articulating different audience needs and the ability to quickly connect with a range of stakeholders to create shared intent, is where she drives impact and value.
