Nataly Tormey

SENIOR DESIGNER

Nataly has extensive experience in the health, community, education and social services sectors, redesigning systems and services with a strong focus on improving the lives of under-represented communities.

Nataly has navigated life as a second generation migrant, generational violence, poverty, mental health challenges and (youth) single parenting. This lived experience drives Nataly’s empathy-led, trauma-informed and culture-informed approach to understanding and designing solutions to complex problems.

Nataly has founded and run health and education-based social enterprises. They are a registered nurse who holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University.
