Human-centred design workshop series
Date(s) - 22/10/2019 - 22/11/2019
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Join us for the latest outings of our highly popular human-centred design workshops, in which we share theory and practical activities that can make better and more human-centred services, cultures and organisations.
The workshops provide exposure to the practice and theory of human-centred design and the challenges of adopting different ways of working within complex organisational contexts. You can either sign up for a specific day that suits your interests, or join us for all three days. Join us for an individual day for $700, or all three days for $1,800.
Day One: Customer research and journey mapping
Day one provides a mix of practical theory and hands-on activities to learn and practice your skills at conducting customer research and using the resulting insights to generate current state customer journey maps for joined-up multi-channel experiences.
Day Two: Concept generation and prototyping
Day two provides a mix of practical theory and hands-on activities to learn and practice your skills at concept generation, prototyping and future state mapping for joined-up multi-channel experiences.
Day Three: Leading human-centred change
