Jane is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in art direction, design consultancy, marketing, management, UX, and fine arts.

She uses design as a collaborative tool for understanding, creating and delivering positive experiences for clients and customers in the public and private sectors.

Recent highlights from her time at Meld include reducing dropout rates at a University by redesigning the orientation experience; and helping a large superannuation company build a comprehensive understanding of what it’s like to start a family in Australia today.

Jane is also an accomplished songwriter, vocalist, performer and recording artist.
