Melbourne, here we come!

We are excited to announce that Meld Studios will be establishing a second studio in Melbourne!

We know it takes time to make a place a home, and so we start our journey!

Our clients:  We have several existing Melbourne-based clients, such as Telstra and the State Library of Victoria, that we are thrilled to be closer to, and we look forward to connecting to new clients looking for a local design partner. We’re always ready for a chat!

Our people:  We are growing our Melbourne-based Meld Studios family, with local full-time staff and contractors. In fact, we have hired our first Melbourne-based designer. Reach out if you are interested in working with us!

Our office:  We are looking to open our permanent studio in January 2016.  In the meantime, we will be working on site with our clients or working in a local co-working space.

The design community:  We look forward to participating and contributing more to the Melbourne design community. We will continue our tradition of hosting events in our studio, such as our monthly open house, once we are set up. We’ll keep posting about our activities at our blog, and you can follow us on Twitter or Instagram to see what we’re up to.

When we started Meld Studios over five years ago, we did so with three people, a little office and a big mission:  Using design to improve people’s lives. While our size has changed, and now our home base expands to match, the mission remains our driving force.
